Lets begin with the End

Let's start the SDEAS faculty blog just when we are about to end the term and the year.

It was really, really tiring yet fulfilling term. Cliche? Yes? Yes, but then for a teacher the journey with the student is of more importance rather than the destination itself.

I ended my class with a public defense. Looking back at the start of the term - I should say wow how my students have grown and improved. Their eyes now has an added glint and it was a glint of knowing. Of course not all in my class survived the journey, the others opted to rest amidst the intense battle :) I could not blame them. But, sayang....

I can rant on and on... My head is just so full of ideas, memories that I could not shift through it because it is just so dense. I could not even organize my thoughts right now. My heart is bursting with warmth and my spirit is so feeling my passion.
